##### Job Summary:

##### The Electrical Service Apprentice / Helper will assist Service Technicians on various electrical projects assigned by Supervisor or Service Coordinator.

##### Duties/Responsibilities:

* Assist with the installation of various electrical systems, both indoor and outdoor.

* Perform duties assigned by the Service Tech or Supervisor in a timely manner.

* Help with Install wiring in residential homes and commercial buildings

* Follow all safety procedures.

* Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and ladders.

* Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout workday.

##### Required Skills/Abilities:

* Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned job site throughout the greater Orlando area.

* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

* Must be able to pass a full background check, drug test and DMV

* Must be able to work 40 hours a week, including overtime if required.

##### Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Previous electrical experience is preferred but not required.

##### Physical Requirements:

* Physically able to work with heavy tools and equipment at heights.

* Must be able to lift 60 pounds at a time to carry heavy cable.

• Work in confined attic or crawl spaces.
• This is an hourly position requiring the employee to record the working hours on a personal smart phone app.
