Electrical Apprentice

We’re currently seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our crew and work on major solar energy projects across the region.

As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll support licensed electricians in installing electrical systems on solar construction sites. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals enrolled in or starting an apprenticeship program. You'll gain experience while logging hours toward your certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing conduit, wiring, and electrical hardware
• Support pulling and terminating DC and AC cables (under supervision)
• Learn to interpret site plans and one-line diagrams
• Organize materials, tools, and maintain a clean job site
• Follow all health and safety protocols (PPE, hazard assessments, toolbox talks)
• Track hours and tasks as part of your apprenticeship program
• Take direction from Journeypersons and Foremen and be eager to learn

Qualifications

• Registered electrical apprentice
• Strong interest in solar and/or electrical construction
• Safety-focused and physically able to work outdoors in various conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Basic hand tool knowledge and willingness to grow your skills
