Job Summary

Build your electrical career with Hawaii's next generation of solar. We're hiring an Apprentice Electrician to join our Electrical Team on Oahu and start climbing our paid, documented path toward a State of Hawaii Electrical Journeyman (EJ) license.

Solar experience is a plus, not a requirement — we will train the right candidate. Beyond the skills listed, we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to grow in the trade and is ready to be part of an AI-enabled field crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical installs: battery installs, PVC/metal conduit runs, and safe material handling
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures under supervision
• Learn to execute terminations and AC tie-ins to manufacturer and NEC specification
• Assist with commissioning Enphase and Tesla systems, and support troubleshooting/RMA work
• Read and follow plan sets; keep clean, accurate daily documentation and Company Cam milestones
• Maintain a complete, organized toolset and a safe, code-compliant jobsite
