Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial construction sites and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new installations to complex upgrades, utilizing your industrial electrician experience and technical proficiency with low and high voltage systems. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical layouts.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and test equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems to support automation and control functions.
• Conduct inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with NEC standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects involving framing carpentry, schematics interpretation, and general handyman tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including incident reports and inspection logs while adhering to safety regulations at all times.

Experience

• Proven commercial electrician experience with a strong background in construction site environments.
