Commercial Electrician

Carter Electric is looking for a full time experienced Commercial electrician to perform a variety of tasks including installing conduit and wiring electrical infrastructure at all levels. Basic duties are installing electrical wiring, conduit, and termination on building sites. Preferred experience of 5+ years as an electrician. Successful candidates will also be considered for a foreman position. Strong work ethic,self motivated, works well independently and with others, and has a verifiable record as a reliable employee. Possible sign on bonus.

Job duties

Installing electrical, fixtures, mounting panels, lighting equipment, and other devices. Install safety and distribution components. Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks. Prepare and assemble conduits. Ability to read blueprints.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred technical training or apprenticeship. Continuing education coursed to include safety proactive, changes to electrical code, and training from manufacturers in specific products.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
