Job Description

Supports resort operations by performing basic electrician tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders.

As a Trades II - Electrician, you will

• Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management
• Advanced understanding of electrical systems operations and the ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Expert ability to work with fixtures such as ceiling fans, circuit breakers, ballasts, switches, receptacles, and light bulbs
• Conduct repairs on moderately complex equipment, such as laundry equipment and appliances
• Work with low-voltage systems (12V to 24V) installing controls, thermostats, transformers, switches, relays, and breaker panels
• Install panels, circuits, and devices using electrical conduits (EMT), MC cable, and wiring as required
• Exhibit the ability to read and interpret technical data and O&M manuals
