Individual performs a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical transmission equipment of all types and voltage classes throughout the region. Such tasks include but are not limited to the installation of electrical equipment, such as transformers, metering equipment, station service equipment, bus work and other associated electrical equipment, wiring and installing switchboards, related control equipment and remote-control equipment, assisting in the operational analysis, trouble analysis and repair on electrical, electronic, and electromechanical equipment. The individual will also be able to operate bucket trucks, traveling cranes and a variety of power operated equipment. This position is one step in a multi-step progression. JOB DESCRIPTION:
