Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems.
• Travel to scheduled residential and commercial service calls using a company-provided vehicle.
• Install, repair, and replace electrical equipment, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and other electrical components.
• Provide outstanding customer service while explaining repairs and recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
• Perform work safely and in compliance with all applicable electrical codes and company standards.
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of electrical service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety practices
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
