We're especially interested in experienced technicians who can step into a lead installer role, but we also believe in developing talent. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, ACE-HTI provides hands-on, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Low Voltage Technician, you'll install, maintain, service, and troubleshoot a variety of life safety and low voltage systems for commercial and residential customers. Responsibilities include:

• Installing and servicing fire alarm, security, CCTV, access control, and audio/video systems.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project drawings.
• Troubleshooting system issues and providing effective solutions.
• Completing project documentation and communicating with customers and team members.
• Representing ACE-HTI professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Following company policies, safety standards, and maintaining ACE-HTI's Core Values.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in any low voltage field is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a good driving record.
