*Key Requirements*

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
• Perform panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, device replacements, and lighting installs
• Proficient in remodels and renovations from start to finish, including planning, troubleshooting, rough-in, trim-out, customer communication, documentation, and final completion
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Present and close estimates using the company pricing system
• Maintain profitable job margins
• Maintain clean and organized truck inventory
• Submit complete documentation daily
• Protect company reputation at all times
