Provide customers with clear, customized options to meet their needs and budgets

Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, education, and professionalism

Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution

Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time

What You’ll Get

Earning Potential

Pay range of $72,000 - $150,000. This is a full commission role -our top techs earn up to $150,000+ OTE!

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience

– including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades

Valid EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I

Valid driver’s license

and a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and operate efficiently and safely
