Residential Service Electrician

Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical has been a leading provider of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services in the Charlotte Metro Area for over 50 years. We are actively seeking a residential service electrician in the Charlotte Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Complete all general residential electrical in-home, service calls.
• Perform thorough electrical system evaluations to diagnose issues, identify safety concerns, and spot code violations.
• Use a consultative sales, value-based approach to educate customers and recommend upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and overall system reliability.
• Establish customer rapport and ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
