About Us

We renovate 40–60 houses per year throughout Chattanooga and North Georgia. Our projects are primarily vacant residential remodels, allowing you to work efficiently without homeowners present.

We're looking for a dependable, high-integrity electrician who can work independently, solve problems without constant supervision, and keep projects moving.

This is a solo position. You will be our primary electrician handling remodels, inspection repairs, troubleshooting, and tenant service requests.

ResponsibilitiesRemodel Work

• Replace outlets, switches, GFCIs, and breakers
• Install light fixtures, vanity lights, ceiling fans, and exterior lighting
• Relocate switches and light fixtures
• Add new lighting in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Install recessed lighting
• Run new circuits and wiring
• Work in attics and crawl spaces when needed
• Perform electrical punch lists
• Ensure homes pass home inspections and appraisal requirements

Service & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose electrical issues
• Troubleshoot dead outlets and circuits
• Correct code and safety concerns
• Handle occasional tenant service requests
• Determine root causes and implement permanent solutions

• Document completed work with photos
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish
