Key Responsibilities: Lead residential electrical installations from rough-in through trim-out. Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans. Coordinate with builders, project managers, and other trades. Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians. Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges in the field.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a lead residential installation electrician. Experience leading crews on custom home projects. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read blueprints and layout electrical systems. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
