Electrical Apprentice / Mechanical Electrician/Area Foreman

Overview

Xenon Electrical Contractor is seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices and Mechanical Electricians to join our growing team. This role involves supporting and performing electrical work for residential and commercial projects throughout Florida while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform electrical work on residential and commercial projects
• Support installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues
• Read and follow work instructions, plans, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
• Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and properly
• Follow company policies, electrical codes, and safety regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to advanced knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials
• Experience in residential and commercial electrical work preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Understanding of NEC codes and electrical safety procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy materials when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• OSHA certification, trade school education, or electrical certifications are a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the electrical trade

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
