Residential Journeyman Electrician

Overview

We are a small Electrical company and growing we are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, and help us build something.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes and eventually commercial jobs.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Conduct tests using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety practices within the electrical field.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on teamwork and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
