Qualifications

• State of Nebraska Journeyman's license
• Must have driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work in uncomfortable conditions for example: environmental factors such as temperature variations, small spaces, and heights
• Must have previous experience with residential (remodel/new construction) or commercial (installation and maintenance)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work alone or lead a crew
• Organized, punctual, respectful of resources, customers and co workers

Responsibilities

• Be solution oriented; troubleshooting and implement resolutions.
• Goal oriented; meet project completion deadlines in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Install systems based on schematics and verbal direction.
• Ability to pull wire, install conduit, install panels and necessary connections.
• Complete maintenance for existing customers and service calls
• Train and supervised apprentices, delegating when necessary
• Operate diggers, bucket trucks, hand tools, and equipment necessary for projects
• Maintain knowledge of and implement safety procedures at all times
• Safely and accurately prepare work sites with warning signs and secure areas

Pay: $24 to 35 per hour
