This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical systems in both new builds and occupied homes. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical skills, in-depth knowledge of NEC codes, and excellent customer communication.

### Key Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls
• Diagnose and repair systems including panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, etc.
• Perform home warranty repairs, ensuring homeowner satisfaction through quality work and communication
• Complete service tickets accurately, documenting work performed and next steps
• Ensure full compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE in clean working order
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, service coordinators, and field supervisors
• Proactively identify and recommend system improvements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications

### Required Qualifications

• Utah Journeyman Electrical License
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Electrician
• Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics in residential environments
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
