We are actively hiring Electrical Helpers for our team in Grapevine, TX and are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to start quickly.

You’ll work alongside experienced electricians while helping complete residential electrical installations and supporting the field crew. Key Duties & Responsibilities ----------------------------------

As an Electrical Helper, you will: * Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire * Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches * Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew * Clean and maintain the work area and equipment * Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members * Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to management when needed * Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards * Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment * Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual () is a plus
• Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Preferred: Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical layouts
