What You Will Do:* Train and develop field electricians. * Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job. * Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards. * Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently. * Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. * Educate customers on upgrades and additional services. * Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams. * Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service.

What You Will Bring

* Experience as an electrician and leading a service department. * A passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers. * Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. * Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). * Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. * Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). * Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. * Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
