Specific Responsibilities

: * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems * Perform installations including lighting, outlets, switches, panels, EV chargers, and other electrical components * Evaluate customer concerns and provide clear explanations and recommended solutions * Perform electrical safety inspections and identify potential hazards * Accurately document work orders, quotes, and invoices using field service software * Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance * Follow all electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures * Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

Job Requirements

: * Journeyman electrician license preferred — candidates currently licensed in any Illinois municipality encouraged to apply * 3+ years residential electrical service experience preferred * Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary * Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology * Professional appearance and personality * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills * Ability to work independently and manage service calls without assistance * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
