Position: Residential Electrician

Step into a full-time W-2 role where your experience and your personality work together. You'll run residential service calls with homeowners, diagnose electrical needs, present solutions, and close jobs.

Our service techs are clearing $125K+ per year.

Pay: $125K–$200K per year

Base: $25–$30/hr w/ 8–12% commission on booked jobs

Your Day

CSR qualifies and books your service calls. Dedicated dispatch confirms and sends you out. Troubleshoot, present options, books jobs, build the work order, & done. Warehouse (ran by a Journeyman) handles materials, our install team supports the booked work. Fully digital tech experience including in house apps for additional support. Take-home fully stocked company vehicle provided No lead hunting. No chasing installs. Just troubleshoot & book jobs.
