You’ll work alongside experienced electricians while helping complete residential electrical installations and supporting the field crew.Key Duties & Responsibilities ----------------------------------

As an Electrical Helper, you will:* Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire * Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches * Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew * Clean and maintain the work area and equipment * Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members * Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to management when needed * Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards * Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment * Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills ----------------------------

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Preferred: Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical layouts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
