We are hiring Electrical Helpers to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to start quickly and build a career in the electrical trade.

As an Electrical Helper, you will support lead electricians and field crews with residential electrical installations on active construction sites.Key Duties & Responsibilities ----------------------------------

As an Electrical Helper, you will:* Assist with residential rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire * Help install electrical trim components such as outlets, switches, light fixtures, and devices * Carry, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for the crew * Support the lead electrician and field team with daily jobsite tasks * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe * Maintain a professional and respectful working relationship with supervisors, leadmen, and crew members * Communicate job progress, issues, and solutions when needed * Follow all company safety policies and report hazards promptly * Take direction well and contribute to a productive team environment * Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills ----------------------------

• Electrical experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code is a plus
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening such as background check and MVR
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical layouts is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
