We are actively hiring experienced Multi-Family Electrical Helpers for our team in the Washington DC / Maryland area and are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to start quickly. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians while helping complete residential electrical installations and supporting the field crew.Key Duties & Responsibilities ----------------------------------

As an Electrical Helper, you will:* Assist in rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire * Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches * Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew * Clean and maintain the work area and equipment * Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members * Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to management when needed * Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards * Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment * Other duties as assigned

Min: USD $18.00/Hr. Minimum Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills ----------------------------

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical layouts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
