This role lives in the field. You’ll travel job to job making sure installs are done right the first time—saving rework, protecting our reputation, and making crews better every day.

What You’ll Be Doing Walk jobs and inspect installs—conduit, lighting, feeders, controls, and motor systems Catch problems early by reviewing prints and upcoming work Help crews fix issues in real time—coach, don’t just point things out Support startup and commissioning—make sure systems are ready to go Lead small crews when needed (2–5 electricians) Run safety checks and hold the line on OSHA, LOTO, and site standards Review schedules and prep crews for what’s coming next Help job teams stay ahead of quality expectations—not chase them Work with PMs, Foremen, and leadership to improve how the job runs Step into tough jobs and help get them back on track
