Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Technician with 5+ years of PLC programming, AC/DC motor control, hydraulic system control, and industrial automation experience. This role supports advanced DC motor controls and hydraulic control systems across a wide range of large high‑energy forging equipment, forge furnaces, and other production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Uptime & PLC Automation

Support equipment uptime and quick return‑to‑service by responding to equipment breakdowns and assisting maintenance teams with troubleshooting forging equipment.

Serve as the on‑site subject matter expert for PLC controls and power distribution systems.

Program, modify, and optimize industrial control systems, including

Troubleshoot and develop ladder logic, structured text, and function block programs to support safe and efficient equipment operation.

Document program changes, maintain revision control, and ensure regular system backups.

Electrical Distribution & Motor Control Systems

Repair, maintain, and install industrial electrical systems, including

Troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues using
