Position Summary

The purpose of this job is to perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks including but not limited to electrical and mechanical maintenance work such as installation, fabrication, assembly, set up, diagnosis, troubleshooting maintenance work on plant equipment, services and facilities requiring the use of hand and maintenance tools and skills. Works from blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs work on energized lines, circuits and connections with a wide range of voltages including 110V, 220V, and 440V. May work with voltages up to 12,500V at distribution transformers. As necessary, make hot cutovers.
• Operates a wide variety of equipment such as: various saws, pipe threaders, drills, gauges, meters, feelers, voltmeters, o-scopes, other electrical diagnostic equipment, micrometers, industrial fork trucks, hand trucks, machine...
