The Multicraft technician Maintains, repairs, design and calibrates building systems, plant equipment, electronic and computer based devices: rebuilds, installs and programs process control equipment. Design, program and configure data management systems to collect process and store information. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electronic computer-controlled mechanical systems, such as robotic machines. Ensures the safe and effective operation of all plant equipment . Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages by contacting TA/TL. R amsey Testing- Candidate must successfully score a Lev el 2 Mechanical or Electrical and Level 1 in the opposite . ( ie ; Level 2 Mechanical & Level 1 Electrical or Level 1 Mechanical and Level 2 Electrical)

Technician Levels & Electives

Mechanic

Level 1

– Intermediate technician requiring abilities to safely perform basic maintenance activities and general machine operations as directed or assigned. May be required to train operators in areas of expertise or in general equipment care and operation of equipment.

Level 2

– Experienced technician with abilities to independently perform, document, and train others in areas of expertise on maintenance activities as assigned. Can apply learned skills and utilize tools to improve equipment reliability.
