Journeyman Electrician

Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems - Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components - Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety - Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers or HVAC technicians, to complete projects - Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing electrical work

Qualifications: - Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification - Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations - Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams - Experience in frame carpentry and maintenance person work is a plus - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
