Key Responsibilities * Evaluate and Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation * Troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy, efficiency, and safety-first execution * Deliver quality solution and zero callbacks * Delivery and close jobs efficiently * Deliver customer-first service experience * Educate customers on issues, solutions, and options with transparency and clarity * Maintain detailed job documentation * Become the service and safety advisor * Should be capable of engaging with customers and presenting multiple options to address short term and long term options.
