Master Electrician/Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and dependable Master Electrician to join our growing team. This leadership role requires both hands-on electrical expertise and strong project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and project takeoffs
• Order and manage materials to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Supervise, coordinate, and support staff electricians.
• Plan project workflows and allocate manpower efficiently
• Prepare and submit documentation required for electrical permits and inspections
• Coordinate with administration, inspectors, sub-contractors, and project managers
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and develop effective solutions
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical construction (Existing and New Construction Experience Required)
• Proven experience with estimating, takeoffs, project management, and crew supervision
• Strong understanding of permitting processes and electrical code requirements
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans accurately
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Procore Experience Strongly Recommended**

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
