Job Summary

The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of EOLA Power's Electrical Contracting services while actively performing electrical work in the field. This includes managing commercial electrical projects, supervising installations, ensuring compliance with all safety and code regulations, and building a team to execute high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in critical power systems such as UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.

Key Responsibilities

* Hands-On Field Work: * + Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems, including UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in the field. + Serve as the primary technical expert on critical power installations and upgrades.

Department Leadership

* + Lead the development and growth of the Electrical Contracting division. + Build and manage a team of electricians and apprentices. + Develop strategies to expand our electrical contracting services.

Project Management
