### Role highlights

• Own installation, maintenance, and repairs for facility and industrial electrical systems from 24V controls to 480V power.
• Diagnose machinery faults, verify fixes with maintenance teammates, and document results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot servo systems: controllers, amplifiers, and motion components.
• Interpret schematics to resolve issues with motors, motor controls, and device-level circuits.
• Locate and repair faults in sensors and solid-state equipment to stabilize processes.
• Execute high-quality conduit work; size conductors and conduit by distance and FLA; terminate with precision.
• Champion NEC compliance to uphold plant safety protocols.
• Source parts from manuals/prints; coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Mentor across a diverse maintenance team; communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Continuously patrol facilities and grounds to identify and correct electrical issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

### Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required (For the state of Massachusetts).
• High school diploma or GED; or minimum 5 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in complex manufacturing operations preferred.

### Compensation

Pay

$38.00-$48.47 an hour.
