Job Title: Manufacturing Mechanical Electrician Remote Allowed: No Location: Williamsburg, Delaware (DE) Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year ($40 – $50 per hour) Job Type: On-Site Only KEYS TO THE JOB (MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS)

• Must hold a valid State of Delaware Journeyman Electrician certification – REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Role is focused on maintenance and electrical maintenance – NOT installation work
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role is a hands-on Manufacturing Mechanical Electrician position focused on electrical upkeep, troubleshooting, and reliability of production machinery in a fast-paced industrial setting. The primary emphasis is maintaining existing equipment and resolving faults rather than performing new installations.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Identify, isolate, and correct electrical problems across production equipment and automated systems
• Troubleshoot power components, variable frequency drives, instrumentation, contactors, and PLC-controlled systems
• Ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and within electrical specifications
• Respond quickly to electrical issues impacting production

ROUTINE SYSTEM CARE

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance
• Reduce unplanned downtime through proactive servicing
• Extend equipment lifespan through consistent maintenance practices
• Document all service activities and corrective actions in maintenance tracking systems

ENHANCEMENTS & TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS

• Support upgrades and retrofits to existing electrical systems
• Assist with startup of updated equipment and controls
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system efficiency
