### Your mission

Safeguard and elevate the performance of our automated packaging assets—conveyors, labeling systems, and robotic arms—so we consistently hit uptime targets and quality metrics.

### You will

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on automated packaging equipment.
• Systematically troubleshoot PLC-governed controls, motor circuits, sensors, relays, and drives (VFDs/servos).
• Leverage electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to plan and execute corrective actions.
• Run preventive maintenance that keeps lines safe, compliant, and efficient.
• Partner closely with maintenance and production to resolve issues fast and prevent future failures.
• Program and adjust PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) to accommodate upgrades and process changes.
• Maintain precise records of service work, installations, and PM tasks.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout and OSHA requirements at every step.
• Share knowledge by assisting with training on electrical troubleshooting and repair methods.

### You bring

• High school diploma or GED; additional technical certification or an associate degree in electrical technology is preferred.
• 3+ years as an industrial electrician within manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Deep familiarity with 480V 3-phase power, control panels, and integrated automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and safety interlocks/circuits.
• Skill with diagnostic tools, including multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.
