Job Title: Maintenance Technician Electronics/Electrician

Location: Clarksville, TN Shifts: 12hrs Crewing - Night Shift 7pm-7am

Join our Maintenance Team! We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electronics Technician or Electrician for our state-of-the-art printing facility in Clarksville, TN! This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of production machinery and facility plant equipment. Provides a wide variety of Maintenance support requiring generalized and specific knowledge of electromechanical equipment, PLC programming, and troubleshooting. Reads schematics and diagnoses equipment malfunctions. Interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine root causes. Utilizes precision measuring tools, testing devices, and system analysis to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of equipment issues. Develops detailed specifications, measurements, and documentation for outsourced parts and services. Coordinates repairs and maintenance activities with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timeliness. Assists in the installation, relocation, and commissioning of production equipment, ensuring proper infrastructure, alignment, and system integration.

Works both independently and collaboratively to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support production goals. Supports facility and infrastructure modifications by delivering effective maintenance and engineering solutions. Ensures all work is performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards, including those governing power systems and environmental conditions.
