This position is responsible for supporting the daily production activities by installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electrical and electronic equipment in an Ethanol production plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and install electrical systems and equipment following all safety procedures, electrical codes, manuals, schematics, diagrams and blueprints
• Inspect, install, maintain and repair electrical components, instrumentation, control systems, network and related hardware on all production equipment, based on plant specific requirements
• Identify needs, manage and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs and installation of new equipment or systems. Works with external contractors, vendors and internal customers
• Maintains site electrical standards, ensure NEC (National Electrical Code) compliance
• Train and develop others in basic electrical repair and troubleshooting techniques
• Perform other general maintenance tasks as required
• Maintain knowledge of all relevant safety policies and regulations, serving as a role model for safe work practices. Proactively identify and address potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all on site
