• Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including security alarms, CCTV cameras, sensors, fire alarms, access control systems, and telecommunication cabling.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately complete system installations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing low voltage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation and repair tasks.
• Perform system testing using remote access software and diagnostic tools to verify proper operation.
• Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations to integrate low voltage systems seamlessly into building infrastructure.
• Document all work performed with detailed reports, including system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
