Low voltage technicians work in a team environment to meet project objectives. They must have a great attitude, be dependable, willing to learn and take directions and are reliable on the job site. In this role you will be completing both ISP and OSP work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems for CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, fiber optic, and coaxial cables, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with industry standards. Build, install, and maintain MDFs and IDFs, including racks, patch panels, wire management systems, and network hardware, while troubleshooting low voltage cable systems. Perform cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, termination, and testing in accordance with BICSI standards, NEC, and local regulations to ensure safety and compliance. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain professionalism and strong communication skills to resolve technical issues and provide solutions. Ensure high-quality, organized, and professional workmanship on all installations to meet project specifications and exceed customer expectations.
