Lead Low Voltage Technician

Job Summary

The Low Voltage Lead Technician plays a key role in onsite project coordination within either hyperscale data centers or commercial construction environments.

Reporting to the Project Foreman and Project Manager, this role ensures structured cabling projects stay on track by managing daily tasks, supervising crews, and meeting project goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise assigned projects, directing the work of 5+ technicians and ensuring daily goals are met. Plan site manpower needs and manage material and labor through job completion. Set crew objectives, track progress, and report updates to management. Ensure compliance with HR, safety, and company policies while meeting project deadlines. Maintain technical, quality, and profitability standards, ensuring top-level customer satisfaction. Oversee account coordination, including direct customer interaction and issue resolution. Prepare and communicate status reports, keeping customers and Project Managers informed.

Minimum Requirements
