Low Voltage Technician

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems, including but not limited to security systems, audio/ video systems, telecommunications, data networking, and fire alarm systems across various facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including security cameras, alarm systems, home automation, structured cabling, and access control systems
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute installations and repairs
• Perform fiber splicing, network wiring (Cat5, Cat6), and cable management in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
• Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, network analyzers, and RF testers to identify issues and ensure system integrity
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation logs, service reports, and maintenance schedules
• Provide customer support and training on system operation and troubleshooting
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Assist with Inventory management and procurement of necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
