Low Voltage Technician

KC Low Voltage is a full service low voltage company looking for a few good technicians to deliver quality installation and service for our company.

Position: Looking for someone with 2+ years' experience in the low voltage industry with knowledge of card access, CCTV, and communications to name a few systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain security systems, CCTV systems, and access control
• Telecommunications: Pull cable, terminate jacks, mod-ends (RJ45s), patch panels
• CCTV: Pull cable, terminate jacks, install cameras
• Directory/Card Access: Pull cable, dress doors, install peripherals

Qualifications

• 2+ Years experience
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication
• Punctual
• All hand tools needed for the project
• Willing to learn new systems
• Excellent communication, documentation and follow-through
• BISCI and RCDD is a plus
