Duties

• Install, configure, and service low voltage systems including access control, LAN cabling, camera systems, intercom and paging systems, and automatic gate controllers.
• interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute system designs.
• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot issues with computer networking, telecommunication lines, security hardware, and related electrical components.
• Perform cabling tasks using power tools and hand tools to run wires for low voltage systems, sensors, and communication networks.
• Test system functionality using remote access software and diagnostic tools; ensure all components operate seamlessly within the overall system design.
• Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations to ensure proper integration of low voltage infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed service records, update system documentation, and communicate technical findings clearly to clients or team members.
