We're looking for a licensed residential electrician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants the opportunity to increase their earnings based on performance.

This isn't new construction. This is residential service work where you'll diagnose problems, recommend solutions, complete quality installations, and build trust with homeowners.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of your work, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

• Meet directly with homeowners
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend solutions
• Perform clean, code-compliant installations
• Manage jobs from start to finish
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Deliver a customer experience that earns repeat business and referrals

Compensation

• Guaranteed base pay
• Uncapped performance-based commission opportunities
• Earn whichever is greater: base pay or commission
• Fuel card provided

Strong technicians who communicate well with homeowners have significant earning potential.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Journeyman Electrical License
• Residential electrical experience
• Valid driver's license
• Personal hand tools
• Ability to work independently and professionally
