What You’ll Do

* Install full residential electrical systems to NEC and local code. * Interpret and work from blueprints. * Lead and train apprentices on job sites. * Coordinate with general contractors and other trades. * Keep your vehicle and inventory organized. * Communicate material needs to the office. * Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites. * Take progress photos and documentation. * Collect customer payments when needed. * Represent Lighthouse with honesty and courtesy.

What We’re Looking For

* Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License. * 4+ years of residential construction experience. * Strong code knowledge and blueprint fluency. * Clean driving record and reliable transportation. * Commitment to quality, not just speed. * Strong communication skills. * Team-first mentality and a positive attitude. * Punctual, dependable, and organized.
