## Help Us Build an Electrical Department From the Ground Up

We're launching a new residential electrical division and need a Colorado Master Electrician to lead it from the field. You'll serve as our Master of Record while working hands-on every day — running crews, pulling permits, and setting the standard for how this department operates from day one.

This is not a desk job, and it's not a license-parking arrangement.

We're looking for someone who shows up, swings tools alongside the crew, and takes real ownership of the work that goes out under their license.

## What We Expect

- Work ethic. You're in the field daily, leading by example. Productivity and reliability aren't negotiable.

- Accountability. As our qualifying Master, the quality and code compliance of our work carries your name. We want someone who takes that seriously — because we do too.

- Mentoring. A big part of this role is developing the people under you. You'll train Journeymen and Apprentices, build their skills, and help them advance. If you take pride in bringing people up in the trade, you'll fit here.

## What You'll Do

- Serve as the company's Master Electrician of Record (qualifying party)

- Work daily in the field on residential installations, troubleshooting, and repairs

- Lead crews, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule

- Pull permits and coordinate inspections

- Train and mentor Journeymen, Residential Wiremen, and Apprentices

- Help establish the standards and processes for a brand-new department

## Requirements

- Active Colorado Master Electrician License in good standing

- Willing to serve as the company's qualifying party

- Strong residential electrical experience

- Proven ability to lead crews while staying hands-on
