Licensed Master Electrician

Lightning Technologies is looking for an experienced Master Electrician to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone with strong commercial experience who can run projects, lead crews, communicate professionally with general contractors and superintendents, and help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a leader who takes pride in quality work, stays organized, and knows how to manage commercial jobs in the field.

Responsibilities

• Read and work directly from blueprints and construction documents
• Lead crews on commercial electrical projects
• Coordinate with general contractors, site superintendents, and project managers
• Procure and manage material for active jobs
• Perform commercial installations, troubleshooting, and service work
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Train and mentor apprentices and mechanics

Qualifications

• Strong commercial electrical experience required
• Ability to independently run projects and crews
• Experience working directly with GCs and other trades
• Knowledge of material procurement and job planning
• Pennsylvania Master Electrician License strongly preferred
• Ability to coordinate and successfully navigate electrical inspections, including working directly with inspectors and ensuring projects meet applicable code requirements and pass inspection efficiently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
• Generator experience is a plus
