Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on the candidate’s position and experience level but typically include:

• Perform electrical installations in a wide variety of buildings and establishments with unique requirements.
• Ensure that all installations meet the State and National Electrical Codes.
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure installations are performed as planned.
• Lead and mentor apprentices and other electricians, promoting professional development and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs for assigned projects.
• Monitor safety closely and attend weekly safety meetings and evaluations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Track time and transactions using company software.
• Document the work performed daily and provide updates to project managers.

Qualifications

• Vermont Master Electricians License.
• New Hampshire Master Electricians License or the ability to reciprocate.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret the NEC, specifications, drawings, and manuals.
