Lead Residential Electrician

Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with electrical systems (PRIMARILY in residential settings). They will be responsible for leading projects and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. PREFERABLY EXPERIENCED IN: Residential New Construction, remodels, rough-in, trim outs, panel change outs, etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and repair electrical systems in residential settings

- Conduct electrical safety inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients

Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with residential remodels or new construction

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics

- Physical ability to perform the job, including the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

• 7am-4pm
• Monday to Friday
• Some Saturday work may be available but not required

Work Location: Multiple Locations- mainly Southport/Oak Island/St. James but we do service all of Brunswick county and occasionally Wilmington.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
